Material and Function of Type 80( #80) Operable Partitions

1. Overhead track: 6063-T6 (or T5) anodic aluminum oxide(AAO),hard material not liable to warp or corrode, can receive the weight of 380 kg.

2. Trolley bearing : POM + 304# stainless steel, bearing made of 6304-2RS, ball screw made of 45# tempered steel, match  Φ 10mm screw ,can bear  the partition panel, and through the track and corner  smoothly .

3. Wheel seat: made of A3 steel , connect the trolley bearing and the partition panel.

4. Top pressing seal : made of anodic aluminum oxide(AAO), can be extended to touch the floor and ceiling , to fix the panel and proof noise.

5, Vinyl seal: made of PVC, tensile strength is 8.15MPA, S.H.Shore hardness is 65+MPA,Tear strength is 30 KN/M. Surface color is offwhite, can proof  the sound , light .

The force of the impact can be buffered by the vinyl seal.

6. Function of the anodic aluminum oxide(AAO): no spot corrosion ,blackspot, oxide layer deterioration on surface. The thickness of oxide layer is 14um. tensile strength ≥157MPA,

Hardness ≥58HU,Elongation ≥8%，Conform in Every function to GB/T5237-1993.

7 .Medium density fibre board (MDF): is the base board . Made by PACO, the density is 760kg/m3, rate of water content is 6.3%,MOR ≥123MPA, modulus of elasticity ≥2700MPA, Formaldehyde emission<34mg/100g. Rate of swelling thickness ≥15%, Conform to GB/T11718-1999.

8. Both vertical sides:magnetic force between the magnet strips( w-seal and M-seal ) is 40N/m.

9.Rockwool: made of sound absorption PAR fiberglas ,Conform in fire-proof and sound-proof to ASTM.

10. #65 partitions sound insulation coefficient: 35db-50db.

11. #65 overhead track can bear 380kg.

12. Frame seals : made of anodic aluminum oxide(AAO), can seal up completely .

13. Retractable system : made of standard 45# steel and spring steel. Can adjust the gaps between partition panel and floor automatically .

14. Operable key : made of standard 45# steel , can handle the retractable system . 

15. Installation of the hanging system : set a Z-angle steel(with two ball screws) every 700mm on the main track. For the stacking pocket ,set a Z-angle steel(with two ball screws) every 250mm on the track

16. Distance between hanging angle steel: set a angle steel structure every 750-800mm. For the stacking pocket, set a angle steel structure every 500mm.
